• Account and Discord data — your username, email (if provided), and the linked Discord account identifier, username, and email.
• Device data — a hardware identifier (HWID) and basic system information, used to bind and verify your access.
• Network data — your IP address and coarse location derived from it (such as city, region, and country), used for security and fraud prevention.
• Application data — the installed version, download and update activity, and basic diagnostic or crash information.
• Payment data — handled by third-party payment providers; we receive confirmation of a transaction but do not store your full card details.

We use this information to provide and maintain the Service, authenticate and verify your account and devices, deliver the files and content you are entitled to, process access and subscriptions, prevent abuse and fraud, enforce licenses and these policies, and comply with applicable law. We do not sell your personal data.

We share data only with the providers needed to run the Service, including:

• Discord, for account linking and authentication;
• payment providers, to process subscriptions and marketplace purchases;
• hosting, storage, and infrastructure providers that operate our website, database, and file delivery.

For paid marketplace items, payment is made to the independent seller through their own connected payment account; that transaction is handled by the payment provider and the seller, not stored by us.

We keep personal data only for as long as needed to provide the Service and for the purposes described here, including security, license enforcement, and legal compliance. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or permanent deletion of your account and associated data.
• Withdraw consent or object to certain processing, where applicable law provides that right.

Note that some data must be retained to enforce licenses and prevent abuse, and deleting your account ends your access to the Service and to any content or subscription tied to it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised policy.
