Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-07-14
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Core Aim desktop application, the coreaim.app website, and all related services (together, the “Service”), operated by the Core Aim team (“Core Aim”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1.Eligibility and acceptance
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using it you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Core Aim.
2.The Service is provided as is
The Core Aim application is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Access to the application requires a paid subscription (see section 5). Core Aim is a tool; how you use it is your responsibility. You alone are responsible for complying with the terms, rules, and policies of any third-party software, platform, game, or service you use it with, and for any consequences that result from that use.
3.Accounts and Discord linking
Access to the application requires an account that is linked to a Discord account. Each person may hold a single account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts, access, and any activation or entitlement granted to them are personal and non-transferable.
Sharing, lending, selling, or reselling an account, its access, or its entitlements is prohibited and may result in immediate and permanent revocation without refund.
4.Device binding (HWID)
To prevent abuse and enforce license limits, the Service binds your access to your hardware using a hardware identifier (HWID). Access may be limited to a number of registered devices. Attempts to spoof, reset, or circumvent device binding may result in suspension or termination.
5.Subscriptions and billing
Access to the Core Aim application requires an active paid subscription. The subscription is recurring (for example, monthly) and grants access only for the paid period; unless cancelled, it renews automatically. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and access ends at the end of the current paid period. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details. Except where required by applicable law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
6.Community marketplace and seller payments
The Service includes a marketplace where independent creators (“sellers”) may publish free or paid models and scripts. Paid marketplace items are sold by the seller, not by Core Aim. When you buy a paid item, payment is made to the seller through their own connected payment account, and the seller is the party responsible for that sale, its delivery, and any applicable taxes. Core Aim only provides the listing, moderation, and delivery infrastructure and is not the merchant of record for seller sales.
Sellers are solely responsible for the content, legality, and support of the items they publish, and for honoring any refund they offer. Disputes over a paid item are primarily between the buyer and the seller. Core Aim may, at its discretion, moderate, hide, or remove any listing, and may suspend sellers who violate these Terms.
7.Licensed and premium content
Premium and paid models and scripts are licensed to you for personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable use only. You may not redistribute, publish, resell, sublicense, share, decompile, reverse engineer, extract weights or assets from, or create derivative works based on any licensed content. Content may be delivered in an encrypted or protected form; attempting to defeat that protection is prohibited.
8.Intended use and your responsibility
Core Aim is a software tool and is not intended for cheating in online games. Cheating in online games is expressly prohibited and may breach the rules of those games. You must read and respect the terms of service and rules of every game, platform, or service you use, and you are solely responsible for how you use the software.
Core Aim is not responsible for any misuse of the software or for any consequence arising from your failure to comply with the terms of any third-party game, platform, or service. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that infringes the rights of others.
Any misuse of the software, or any violation of these Terms, will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your Core Aim access, with no right of appeal.
9.Prohibited conduct
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, tamper with, patch, bypass, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any non-public part of the software, its protections, its API, or its back-end systems. You may not attach a debugger or reverse-engineering tool to the application, tamper with its files, or interfere with its integrity or security mechanisms.
You acknowledge that such conduct causes harm that is difficult to quantify precisely (including investigation time, incident response, infrastructure impact, and loss of competitive advantage). Where permitted by law, a breach of this section entitles Core Aim to recover its resulting costs, and Core Aim may pursue actual damages, injunctive relief, account termination, and any other remedy available to it.
10.Software updates and mandatory versions
We may release updates, patches, and new versions to improve functionality, maintain compatibility, or address security. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Some updates may be mandatory and required for continued use.
- The application may include an automatic update mechanism that downloads and installs updates.
- The application may stop functioning, in whole or in part, if it is not updated to a supported version.
- We may restrict, suspend, or disable access for older or unsupported versions that present security, compatibility, or operational concerns.
We are not liable for any loss of functionality or interruption resulting from a refusal or failure to install a required update.
11.End-of-life and unsupported versions
We may designate any version of the application as end-of-life or unsupported. For such versions we have no obligation to provide maintenance, updates, or support, and we may disable communication between those versions and our services or prevent their continued operation where necessary to protect system integrity, security, or reliability. Keeping the application on a currently supported version is your responsibility.
12.Security
We may take technical and operational measures to protect the security and integrity of the Service and its content. Attempting to disable, bypass, or interfere with any security or protection measure is a violation of these Terms and may result in an immediate and permanent ban.
13.Intellectual property and enforcement
All intellectual property rights in the Service — including its software, source code, compiled binaries, models, designs, and branding — belong to Core Aim or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you, no rights are transferred. Any unauthorized copying, distribution, reverse engineering, resale, sublicensing, or derivative work is prohibited.
Where we reasonably believe a violation has occurred, we may take any action we consider appropriate, including suspending or terminating access, disabling functionality, issuing legal notices, requesting removal of infringing content from third parties, and pursuing civil action, damages, or injunctive relief.
14.Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that it will meet your requirements.
15.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Core Aim and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, for any misuse of the software, for loss of data or access, or for any other consequence arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to Core Aim in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
16.Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service, its content, or other users. On termination, the rights granted to you end. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, prohibited conduct, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
17.Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
18.Contact
For any question about these Terms, or any data, licensing, or account request, contact us through the official Core Aim Discord server.
By using or accessing Core Aim, you expressly agree to all terms and conditions set out above.
